What are your complaints procedures?

You can discuss your concerns with the staff member you have been dealing with or with one of our Program Managers or the Director, Community Services on (03) 8841 3000.

You can refer your complaint to our Chief Executive Officer on (03) 8841 3000, or in writing to:
