Available for assessment, education & resourcing an all aspects of nutrition for individuals, families, community groups and organisations.
Promotes healthy eating and lifestyle for all ages.

Various group programs are offered:

“Health Eating Supermarket Tours”
“Family Feud/Food” workshops for parents with young children.

In – Home Services

This service is available to Home And Community care clients, ie frail older people, people with disabilities and their carers, who require home-based service.

Reasons to see a dietitian include unintentional weight loss or weight gain, decreased appetite, chewing/swallowing difficulties, diabetes and other nutrition-related conditions, such as Parkinson’s disease and Osteoporosis.

A dietitian can help by:

Acting as a resource on food and nutrition issues.
Providing comprehensive nutritional assessments.
Developing eating plans and dietary recommendations tailored to your person needs.
Providing education on dietary management for clients and carers.

Note: Interpreters can be arranged free of charge.
