The Stride Forward Early Intervention Program provides individual programs for children, and family education and support.
Who is eligible for this service?
Families who:
Live within the Eastern Region, for example Manningham, Boroondara and Whitehorse. |

The Stride Forward Early Intervention Team aims to provide high quality services based on the individual needs of the child/family, including:
Centre-based or Outreach programs consisting of “core services” such as Specialist Teaching, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Occupational Therapy |

Referral
Referrals to the Stride Forward Early Intervention Program can be made by:
Families/Guardians |

Professionals including Paediatricians, Maternal Child Health Nurses, Early Childhood Professionals, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Specialist Children’s Services, or other agencies. |
