Safe Moves – Falls Prevention
Feel safer and more confident on your feet
Safe Moves is a 15 week group exercise program for people who have experienced falls or are fearful of falling. The program includes balance, strengthening and flexibility exercises.

- Reduced stiffness in joints and muscles
- Improved confidence and mobility
At the end of the program, you will be given information and advice on further exercise programs to help maintain improvements you have made.
