Hydrotherapy

A A A

Low impact exercise group for fitness, relaxation and general conditioning

Hydrotherapy is low impact exercise and can help with pain management, fitness and relaxation. The programs take place in special warm water (32°-34°) pools. The heat of the water helps with pain management and relaxation. This combined with an exercise program can lead to maintenance of general function and prevent physical decline.

Some of the benefits of Hydrotherapy include:

  • Reduced pain
  • Increased joint mobility
  • Increased muscle strength
  • Increased general fitness
  • Relaxation

We offer two classes ‘Introduction to Hydrotherapy’ and a maintenance ‘Hydrotherapy’ class. Please click on the links below for more information.
