Strong People Stay Young is a progressive strength training and education program involving the use of arm and leg weights, as well as incorporating elements of Qi Gong Tai Chi.

Strong People Stay Young is for both men and women who want to increase their fitness, strength, flexibility and reduce the risk of falls. It is also suitable for those who would like to help prevent or manage symptoms of conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression and cardiovascular conditions. Participants progress at their own pace to achieve and maintain their fitness.
This program runs twice weekly for 6 weeks.
