Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise designed to help develop strength, balance and posture.  The gentle, slow and peaceful movement encourages relaxation, improved mobility and alertness. It is suitable for both women and men.

FEES AND FUNDING

$56 for 8 sessions.

Our fees are set on a sliding scale and are designed to support access for all income levels.

Difficulty or inability to pay will not be a barrier to receiving a service.

Services are offered via a range of funding streams which have varying requirements.
