What are your complaints procedures?

You can discuss your concerns with the staff member you have been dealing with, or alternatively you can discuss your complaint with our Program Managers or General Managers on (03) 8841 3000 or via email at mchs@mannchs.org.au

You can refer your complaint to our Chief Executive Officer on (03) 8841 3000, or in writing to:
