Exercise for those who enjoy a slower pace
The Fitness and Friendship Group is a slower paced exercise group for older people that is based on friendship and fun as well as exercising.

BOOKINGS AND REFERRALS
Anyone can make a booking to join the Fitness and Friendship group however a physiotherapy assessment must be completed first.
Referrals can be made by phone, fax or email (S2S, Eref).

FEES AND FUNDING
$7.40 per session.
Our fees are set on a sliding scale and are designed to support access for all income levels.
Difficulty or inability to pay will not be a barrier to receiving a service.
Services are offered via a range of funding streams which have varying requirements.
